10:50 AM IST Matthew Short got out after making well 40. From there on, Liam Scott held one end and notched up his hard-earned fifty and he constantly ran out the partners at the other end. He got out after making 67 runs in trying to give a good finish in the end.  For Perth Scorchers, Mahli Beardman and Jason Behrendorff picked up three important wickets each. Lance Morris got two wickets while Ashton Agar and Cooper Connolly also chipped in with a wicket each. Perth did well in the fielder as they took good catches and kept it tight as much as they could on this flat surface.

10:49 AM IST Adelaide Strikers have got bundles out at the score of 161. Will they think they are 20 runs short on this flattest of flat pitch as at once, it was looking very easy that they would make above 180 total? Or will they think it is enough to keep Perth down? He says that it was awesome just to be a part of the team but to go out there and bat the way he wanted to, felt special.
