India being allowed to bring Harshit Rana on as a concussion substitute for Shivam Dube ended up among the biggest talking points in a see-saw fourth T20I against England which they won by 15 runs. England captain Jos Buttler won the toss for the first time in the series and chose to bowl first. India were shell-shocked as Saqib Mahmood started the second over by dismissing Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma with his first two balls of the tour. He later sent back Suryakumar Yadav and thus opened his spell with a triple-wicket maiden. India were reeling at 12/3 at the end of that over. (AP)
